Tekneka type-K bead wire temperature probe is a thermocouple probe that uses a thin wire made of thermocouple alloy (Chromel-Alumel) to measure high-precision temperature. The wire is inserted into a ceramic or metal bead, which is subsequently inserted into the material or environment whose temperature is being measured.
